One pouch, always packed
Keep two identical pouches. One lives in her bag; the other is being restocked on her bedroom shelf. When one comes home empty, the full one goes in — no "I forgot" moments.
Opaque, small, zippable. Anything works — a pencil case, a make-up bag, a plain zip pouch from Tesco. The point is discreet, not fancy.
Talk about it once, then trust her
Show her once where everything lives and how to use the sandwich bag if underwear needs changing. Then leave it alone. Adults asking "do you have your pouch?" every morning is the fastest way to make it embarrassing.
Contents of the pouch
Tick this list when you restock. If any item is at zero, restock before it goes back in her bag.
