Privacy Policy

• Your symptom logs belong to you. We don't sell them.
• You can export or delete everything, anytime, from your profile.
• We use Lovable Cloud (built on Supabase) to host your data securely in encrypted databases.
• We never share identifiable data with advertisers or third-party trackers.

When you create an account, we collect your nickname, email, age range, country, and any answers you give during onboarding (life stage, goals, conditions). When you use the app, we store your symptom logs, GPS assessments, saved articles, and appointment notes.

To run the app: showing you your own history, generating insights, surfacing relevant articles. We may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve the product — for example, knowing how many people in their 30s track headaches helps us prioritise content.

Service providers we depend on to run MenstrualBae (hosting, authentication, email). We don't share with advertisers, data brokers, or insurers. We will share data only when legally required (e.g. a valid court order).

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time. Email hello@menstrualbae.app and we'll respond within 30 days.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use row-level security so each user can only ever see their own records. We follow industry best practice — but no system is 100% secure, so we ask you to use a strong password and keep it private.

MenstrualBae is intended for people aged 13 and over. Under-18 users may want a parent or guardian to help them set up the account. We do not knowingly process data from children under 13.
