MenstrualBae is an information and tracking tool. Nothing in the app is a substitute for advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified health professional. Always consult a clinician about your symptoms — particularly in an emergency.

You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your password. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Symptom logs, notes, and anything else you record belong to you. By using MenstrualBae you grant us permission to store and process that data to provide the service. You can delete it at any time.

If you use Tete Circle (our community space), be kind, don't share personal medical advice as fact, and don't out anyone else's story. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep things accurate and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access or that every piece of content is up-to-date with the latest guidelines.

We may update these terms. If we make a significant change, we'll let you know in the app. Continuing to use MenstrualBae after a change means you accept the updated terms.
